We repair heads, including broken fins.
These pictures show two sets of early pan heads (1948) that had broken and missing fins which had to be fabbed and welded
on. We have a fixture to align and keep them straight in the mill. These heads were cracked and warped
in places which were repaired. The exhaust spigots had to be removed, machined on the mill and replaced with new ones we made,
and one of the motor mount bosses was broken off and missing all together which had to be built up with aluminum, shaped,
drilled and tapped.
