Notice to builders, manufacturers, and motorcycle enthusiasts
New legislation mandates that motorcycle engines must be EPA certified, (and in California),
CARB certified. If you build a motorcycle with a non-conforming engine in it today, you risk having the DMV revoke the title
at a later date and even the possibility of having your motorcycle impounded in the future. In the past, "special
construction" titled motorcycles were exempted from conforming to EPA and CARB standards, allowing custom builders and
hobbiest to build motorcycles with non-conforming engines. Although recent legislation does allow a "once in a lifetime"
exemption to register a custom built motorcycle today, restrictions keep you from building more than one, "ever", and
if you want to sell it, you have to wait five years. If you don't want to risk having to deal with these problems we have
a solution.
We offer EPA and CARB certified motorcycles or engines that range from 80 to 114 cubic inches. Our
4.25" stroke on all motors assures a smoother running, longer engine life. Engine bore sizes range from 3.5" to
4.125"
If you are a builder or manufacturer, we offer engines from 80 cubic inches to 114 cubic
inches certified by C.A.R.B. and E.P.A.

manual and conforming exhaust instructions also included.
